Step 1

Say “bring” to Dan Hearthpride in Oceangreen Village to obtain this task. He will sometimes roam into the nearby house.

Step 2

1) Loot  10x Rusted Blade Fragments. They drop in Oceangreen Village. I personally seen them drop off of:

a pustulant cadaver
a putrid skeleton

They may also drop off other undead mobs in the zone. More than 1 can drop at a time. A tracker is recommended to help locate these mobs as they can be scarce to find. It took me about 10 minutes to get all 10 using a tracker. They may also drop in instances that take place in Oceangreen Village, but I did not test this. See the map below where I found undead at, your results may vary.

2) Give  10x Rusted Blade Fragments to Dan Hearthpride in Oceangreen Village to complete the task. He will sometimes roam into the nearby house.
