This Solo Task is given by Phara Dar in Field of Scale. You’ll first need to accept The Grand Illusion by saying “see this through”. Then you can accept this Task by saying “foot”.

Step 1

In the southeast of Field of Scale you’ll find 2x an Iksar Master guarding Remains of Master Tynn. Kill 2x an Iksar Master, then /open Remains of Master Tynn and loot Foot of the Master. 195K HP, Hit 3300+

Step 2

Give  Foot of the Master to Phara Dar in Field of Scale to complete the Task.
