Description: This can be turned into a Level 1-25 class spell vendor in the Library of Plane of Knowledge for a random Level 61-62 PoP spell. The class of spell received will depend on which class vendor it is turned into.

Item Location

Drops off most (but not all) trash and/or raids of all PoP in Tier 1-3 zones (so up to Solusek Ro’s Tower).
