This guide goes over all of the different type of AA’s you can get from items. These AA’s can be found in the “Special” tab of your AA window.
These become permanent passive buffs once an item is clicked. The only way to disable them is to use the Item: Disable Item Abilities in the special tab. Once disabled, you can click the item to enable it again.
