On TLP servers focus items aren’t active until Shadows of Luclin so we aren’t concerned about them in Ruins of Kunark. Some items in this list may have focuses, they just won’t be active yet.
For Ruins of Kunark our main focus will be maxing our Wisdom Stat (255). Once capped, we will want to pick up as much +Mana as possible. We also want to consider Stamina/HP to increase our HP pool. Getting “BiS” as shown in this profile means you’ll be floating right around the 255 Wisdom cap when also trying to maximize your raw +Mana, Stamina, and +HP stats.
A realistic approach will be to pick out items that have High +Wisdom (even if they aren’t “BiS”), then fill out whatever you can with +Mana, Stamina, and +HP. I’ll include High Wisdom item options.
