Description: This can be turned into a Level 1-25 class spell vendor in the Library of Plane of Knowledge for a random Level 65 PoP spell. The class of spell received will depend on which class vendor it is turned into.

Item Location

Drops off many higher tier PoP raid bosses. On Random Loot Servers it can drop off a wide variety of PoP NPC’s.
